i. GENERAL TERMS
‣ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time. Any violation of these terms may result in an immediate cancellation, loss of rights to images and refunds, and / or permanent blacklisting at my discretion.
^{Inappropriate behavior or harassment towards myself or others will not be tolerated and will result in the commission being declined or canceled.}
‣ I have the right to post works (finished or in progress) to my social media, portfolio, or demo reels at any time unless otherwise requested by the client.
‣ I reserve the right to reuse any poses, compositions, backgrounds, or other unused WIPs from cancellations or declined concepts in future works.
‣ Commissioned work is for personal use only. The use of my work for any blockchains / cryptocurrencies, AI, or profit making purposes is strictly prohibited.ii. PROCESS
‣ Waitlists will be prioritized at my discretion through both first come/first serve and by commission type.
‣ Progress will be shared at each stage, when requested, and as I see fit.
‣ Turnaround times are dependent on the type of work commissioned and my own working schedule. I will do my best to be transparent about turnaround times and to finish work as efficiently as I can.
‣ Finished pieces will be sent as a watermarked PNG file. Other file formats may be available upon request.iii. CLIENT RIGHTS
‣ The client may use their commission for personal use only.
‣ The client may publicly post their commission and make small edits (cropping, adding text) as long as the watermark is still visible or if proper credit is given.
‣ Altering of the artwork (drawing over, adding backgrounds) is not allowed without permission
‣ A commission may be canceled at any time at the request of the client. Refunds may or may not be applicable based on the circumstances of cancelation and personal judgment (see v. PAYMENT).

iv. CONDITIONS
‣ Client must be 18 years or older to order a commission.
‣ A clear visual reference must be provided for each character and/or props featured in the artwork. Written descriptions or images requiring additional descriptions will not be accepted. I will not design or redesign characters.
^{Additional references may be requested - failure to provide sufficient reference will result in the request being declined.}
‣ Original designs and images thereof must be owned by the client or used with permission of the owner. The use of designs, images, or related materials without permission will result in my declining or canceling the commission.
^{This does not apply for requested fanart of characters from known IPs.}
‣ Blacklisted individuals are permanently banned from ordering commissions.
^{Reasons for blacklisting may include, but are not limited to: known use or affiliation with hate speech / symbols; negative history with other people or artists}v. PAYMENT
‣ Final prices are non-negotiable. All commission prices and additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon by the client before invoice is sent.
‣ Payment will be accepted via PayPal invoice in USD only. Invoices are to be paid in full.
‣ Invoices do not have a due date. However, work will not progress past the final draft until payment has been received.
‣ The client may request a refund:
- before approval of the final draft, at which point the commission may be canceled in exchange for a refund equal to 75% of the paid amount.
- if work has not started within 30 days of payment, at which point the commission may be canceled in exchange for a full refund.
^{I reserve the right to decline a refund request for any reason. Please do not issue yourself a refund through PayPal unless I have instructed you to do so.}These terms may be negotiated and amended as needed with the agreement of both parties.
